Mission: We are addressing the relationships between The U.S. (under new Trump administration) and other nations. Our umbrella broadly covers Trade, Terrorism, UN & NATO, Russia, China, Mexico (immigration), Syria (refugees), Israel and more. Our focus is on areas in which President Trump has either diverged greatly from historical precedent and where the message has been conflicting or unclear.

It’s looking pretty bleak.
Discouraged? Me too. I can’t think of any time in recent history, when circumstances appeared to be so bleak. Our president is a narcissistic racist maniac. He idolizes murderous racist dictators such as Putin, Duterte and Erdogan and is doing his utmost to convert our democracy into a fascist white supremacist dictatorship. With very few exceptions he seems to have the support of the Republican Party.
Does this make you just feel like saying “to hell with it”, ceasing your participation in Indivisible and other anti-Trump activities? It does me, but I won’t.
Why? Because I can’t bring myself to turn away from fighting for what I believe in— the attainment of peace, freedom and justice for all the world’s citizens.
I don’t believe this will ever be attained, but if we give up without trying, we lose the opportunity to what we know is right; to put our beliefs to work to at least create more peace, freedom and justice in the world.
We will forfeit the prospect of more peace if we insist on perfection peace, proving the quote attributed to Voltaire, “Perfection is the enemy of the good.”
Those who insist on guarantees of success before they participate insure that there will be no change.
We have one other and shared common goals. Let’s keep going. A lot of our brothers and sisters need us.
